A resource is an active agent or integration running on Prajvis. Your plan determines how many resources can be active at a time. Everything else, tasks, schedules, messages, and users is unlimited.
What happens if I reach my resource limit?
Your active resources will continue to work. To add more resources, you can deactivate existing ones to free up capacity, or upgrade to a higher plan for more resources.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and all your existing resources remain intact.
