These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prajvis's AI agents platform, infrastructure, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Prajvis is an AI infrastructure provider. We do not create, modify, or curate the content generated by users or their agents on our platform.
Prajvis provides an AI agents platform that enables users to build, deploy, and manage AI agents. Our Services include:
By deploying agents, hosting models, or utilizing our compute resources, you agree to comply with the following Acceptable Use Policy. To ensure a safe environment for all users, the following restrictions apply to your use of the Services.
You may not use the Services to generate, host, display, or transmit any content (including "Inputs" sent to AI models and "Outputs" generated by them) that:
Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM. Any evidence of such material will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
Includes "revenge porn," deepfakes depicting real individuals in sexual scenarios without consent, or sexualized depictions of minors.
Incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
Violates the copyright, trademark, or trade secret rights of any third party.
Important: As a user of AI infrastructure, you bear full responsibility for the models you deploy and the inferences you run.
You agree NOT to use the Services to:
Create realistic audio, visual, or video content that impersonates a real person (living or deceased) with the intent to deceive, defraud, or damage their reputation.
Deploy agents designed to spam, bully, harass, or "dox" individuals.
Scale the production of verifiably false information intended to manipulate public opinion or interfere with democratic processes.
Use the Services for essential automated decision-making that affects safety, rights, or economic well-being (e.g., automated law enforcement profiling, medical diagnosis without human oversight) without appropriate safeguards.
You must not use the Services to disrupt the integrity of our network or third-party networks. Prohibited activities include:
Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach security authentication measures.
Hosting or distributing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
Using the Services for cryptocurrency mining without our explicit, written prior approval.
"Jamming," "flooding," or launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against any user, host, or network.
While Prajvis has no obligation to monitor user content, we reserve the right to:

Important: For compute resources that are immediately available, by using the resources, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once usage has begun.
Payment for our Services is processed through Paddle, our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to:
Our Services and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the agents, models, and content you create using our platform, while we retain ownership of our platform, technology, and proprietary content.
You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our Services. This includes running your agents, storing your data, and providing observability features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prajvis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AI Output Disclaimer: As an infrastructure provider, we are not liable for the outputs generated by AI models or agents deployed on our platform. Users are solely responsible for the behavior and outputs of their agents.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated this Policy, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy provisions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
